Player Registration

Online registration enables parent to quickly and easily sign their son or daughter to play in your SAY Soccer program - reducing the time required by your administrative staff to enter information from paper registrations. Using the Player Registration Form template, the format and appearance of the Player Registration Form can be easily customized to meet your organizations requirements.

Once a parent has completed the registration form, they received both a confirmation page as well as a confirmation email that explains where to send their check (credit card processing is also available). Your SAY Soccer administrator can also receive an automatic email to let them know they have received a new registration.
