The Cornerkick SAY Player and Team Management system was designed and developed by a current SAY Soccer Adminstrator to help administrators (including himself) more effiiciently manage their SAY soccer organization/program.

Instead of having your soccer programs data locked away in an Excel spreadsheet located on an adminstrators PC in some dark corner of their basement, via the power of rhe Internet data can now be stored on a commercial web server that anyone in your organization (with the correct username/password) can access anywhere at anytime.

Information is always available and up to date - significantly reducing the communication problems that are often the result of people having different versions of spreadsheets or paper reports.

Data managed includes:

• "Core" Players - a master list of all players who have played one or more seasons in your program
• Players Registrations - a master of list of all players who haved registered to play in the current season
• Age Divisions - a list of all age groupings including cut-off dates for birth dates
• Teams - a list of all of your current and past teams and coaches
• Game Schedules - a list of all games for the current season

A few of the features of the system include:

• Player Registration and Tracking - An online Player Registration form that makes it easy for Parents to register their son or daughter in your program. The Player Registration form can be completely customized to reflect the information that you would like to collect as part of the player regististration. The appearance can also be taliored so that the registration form looks like other web pages and forms used on your site.
• Draw Wizard - the Draw Wizard automates the process of assigning players to teams according to SAY rules. The Draw Wizard has a number of features that will help you to obtain the best possible draw, including the ability to assign core players to teams, balance younger and older age groups, assign coaches and assistant coaches sons and daughters to their teams, keep siblings together, adjust team sizes, etc.
• Data Maintenance - A complete set of tools for creating, modifying, and deleting all data stored in the system (Core Players, Registrations, Teams, etc.)
• Mail Program - an email tool that enables administrators to quickly and easily send mail to coaches, players, and parents
• Reports- a large number of reports that enable the adminstrator to provide information in paper or file format to to other organizations including the ability to produce SAY Team Rosters, Uniform Reports, Player Statistics, etc.
• Import/Export Tools - a number of tools for importing data into the system from Excel or from legacy systems and also for exporting information to common file formats
